Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and bring the potatoes to room temperature.
  • When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into medium-size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except salt, black and cayenne peppers, and mix together well. Season with the salt and black and cayenne peppers to taste.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Hey girl: This good, very, very nice. Didn't do the dill pickles so I tossed in a very finely minced habanero pepper. OH boy, this was one good salad. Thanks

Yum, I added a big pinch of cajun seasoning mix to my mayo mix for our potato salad over the Labor day weekend and it was quite the smash.
