That picture pretty much says it all - rich, dripping with cheese, and I love the idea of the gruyere croutons on top instead of baked in (I think it would make it easier to eat)...thanks, darbar!

This was wonderful and easy enough to cut in half. I chopped up the thyme, though, and threw it in there. I love the addition of the flour. It added something to the broth. Thank you. :)
