Hot N Creamy Veggie Dip Recipe

How to make it

  • In one quart casserole, combine soup mix, ricotta, 1/2 cup
  • monterey jack cheese and bacon.
  • Top with remaining montery jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
