Ingredients

410g can cream style corn

1 c grated mozzarella cheese

1 c semolina

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp prepared chilli

oil

Directions

Mix corn, cheese,semolina, baking powder and chilli together to make a stiff dough.

divide mix into ten even portions, roll each portion into a ball, flatten and brush with oil, and cook in a fry pan over medium heat for 2-3 mins each side or until golden.

#serve with sweet chilli sauce..Hmmm
