Best corn cakes on earth

These are a spin on the famous corn fritter, just a little healthier and texture is lighter
Ingredients
- 410g can cream style corn shopping list
- 1 c grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 c semolina shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp prepared chilli shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix corn, cheese,semolina, baking powder and chilli together to make a stiff dough.
- divide mix into ten even portions, roll each portion into a ball, flatten and brush with oil, and cook in a fry pan over medium heat for 2-3 mins each side or until golden.
- #serve with sweet chilli sauce..Hmmm
