OMG!! My granny used to make biscuits, in a bowl, with her hands, and her hands would come out perfectly flawless. Thought this recipe may do the same for me...I was wrong..lol. But these biscuits taste just like what she used to make. AWESOME!! Thanks man, now I'm back in hog heaven. You don't happen to know how to make chipped beef gravy do you? :p

Hi Richard,
I hope that all is going well for you. I have been learning about what you Americans call biscuits. I was very pleased to find that you lot don't put gravy on your Tim Tams or Monte Carlos.
Anyhow, I like to sop up the leftover gravy from my plate with a bit of bread. I am thinking that this bread with gravy is a likeness to that.
Well, I can hardly believe that I'm going to play around with some chocolate gravy which I'm going to use on these biscuits. This might sound normal to you lot over there, but here, it is a little bizzar. Anyhow, I'm not walking away from it now and I might even wish that I had, but I'm giving it a go either way.
Good on you for the detail in your recipe. This should get me on the way to this type of cuisine. Cheers! Will talk soon. Trev
