Okay, well, first of all, it's a Cooking Light recipe, so, for us, that has meant pretty bland, in the past. We don't look for low cal recipes, at all, so usually I will do what I can to boost the calories when I see one I wanna try. :) With this, though, I was actually looking for a lighter dish because it's Sunday, so that means snacking all day. By the time dinner came around, I knew we wouldn't want anything too heavy. That said, I automatically doubled the spices in this and I added dry mustard. I'm not sure what happened with the sauce, but it separated a lil bit. I used chicken stock instead of water, also to try an' boost it a lil, but did the yogurt sauce as instructed and it just didn't look very good and it didn't thicken much. So, next time, I'd double the amount of flour, I think. Now, all that said, with the extra spices, chicken stock and served over rice, which really soaked up the sauce, the shrimp was great, but it still needed...something. For us, adding several dashes of Tabasco at the table was the perfect answer. :) Added my pic and a link in IMI! Another From P7o

This sounds wonderful...I'd prolly have to add a hint of lemon or lime juice but that's cus I'm a citrus fanatic with seafood, especially, but I like the uniqueness of this one...thank you!
