Dill Dip

- 1-32oz. mayonnaise [preferably Hellmans] or you can substitute with not just sour cream shopping list
- 1 Lg. bunch Fresh dill shopping list
- 1or 2 stalks of scallion shopping list
- 1 Whole Sour pickle shopping list
How to make it
- Comes out best with Blender but can be done in a food processor
- Add 1/3 of Mayonnaise to bottom of blending container
- Add Scallions [cut up into pcs.]into container
- Add Pickle [cut up into pcs.] into container
- Add another 1/3 of Mayonnaise into container
- Cover Container and blend well
- Uncover container,add remainder of Mayonnaise
- Recover container and blend well
- For best results place in Fridge for 1/2hr. and serve chilled

I grow wild ones near my garden but guess I can't use them..wild garlic no good either for any of your recipes...stronger but could cut down on amount. thanks for post ...will go good with walleye I just caught.
