Ingredients

How to make it

  • Amounts can be enlarged depending on the amount of chicken to be
  • marinated. Spread chicken skin side up on a flat pan one layer after
  • marinating for a couple of hours. The longer it marinates, the
  • stronger the flavor.
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Bake chicken for about 45 minutes, until done.
  • You can use this marinade for grilled or broiled chicken as well

Sasha sunshine may I suggest the Rye. A Scottish friend of mine might come after you with his Claymore, should you use a good Scotch. With him it's no ice either.

I love bourbon chicken, and this recipe is easier -- but still keeps the taste elements. Thanks for the post, Mellian!
