Ritz Tomato Parmesan Casserole

This is a versatile dish sparked with garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, combined with mayonnaise, topped with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Great side. Delicious.
Ingredients
- 5 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teasppoon white pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange tomato slices in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan
- Combine next 6 ingredients, spread over tomatoes
- Melt butter, add Ritz crushed crackers
- Sprinkle over mixture
- Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees
- May also be put into a baked 9 inch pie shell
