Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced and drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teasppoon white pepper

1 teaspoon basil

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 stick unsalted butter

Directions

Arrange tomato slices in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan

Combine next 6 ingredients, spread over tomatoes

Melt butter, add Ritz crushed crackers

Sprinkle over mixture

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees

May also be put into a baked 9 inch pie shell
