Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix polony, flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Beat the egg, milk and 30 ml oil together.
  • Mix the two mixtures well.
  • Let spoonful of mixture drop in the hot oil.
  • Drain on brown paper.
  • Sprinkle lemonpepper or aromat or garlic salt over.
  • Serve

    Had to research this one, it is the equivelant of American Pork Roll, not the tangy Pork Roll. It is also referred to as Devon and a host of other names from the U.K. to all over. Going to try this. Love pork roll. Nice one! Cool name.
