Muffueletta Olive Salad

- 1 1/2 cups Green Sliced olives shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,peeled and crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup Kalmata olives,pitted shopping list
- 1 cup Gardiniera,(pickled cauliflower,celery,carrots,pepperocini)drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely sliced sweet white onion,such as Vidalia etc shopping list
- 1 TBl. capers shopping list
- 1 TBL fresh parsley,chopped shopping list
- 1 TBL dried oregano shopping list
- 1 TSP red pepper flakes shopping list
- 3TBL red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers,chopped shopping list
- ground black pepper,to taste shopping list
- 1-1 1/2 cups olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Place in a large glass jar or you may split among more than one jar.Let it sit in refrigerator for one week to let flavors marry.When serving from jar,keep as much liquid in jar to keep ingrediants covered.
- Will keep for weeks stored in refrigerator.
