Stuffed Cheeseburgers Recipe

This burger is one of my families favorites because they never know what I'm going to stuff them with. Can be fried up or grilled.

Ingredients
- Burgers
- 1 lb. ground angus beef
- 1 Tbls. grated onion
- 1 Tbls. hard butter cut into tiny pieces
- salt and papper to taste
- Stuffing variation suggestions
- American cheese and bacon
- Swiss cheese and carmelized onions
- Blue cheese and mushrooms
- Monterey jack and sliced jalepeno pepper
- Create your own stuffing according to your own taste
- Oil for frying
- Burger rolls of your choice
Directions
- Mix burger ingredients
- Split into 4 portions
- Split those into 8 portions
- Put stuffing choice onto burger
- Cover with another burger and seal.
- Fry according to the doneness you prefer
- Serve in rolls
