Hi Baysidekaren. . . Sorry your pork chops were not as tender as they should have been. I have never had a problem and I have made this recipe many times. Hopefully you won't give up on this delicious recipe and you'll give it another try.

Just had this for dinner and was disappointed. Not in the flavor but in my boneless pork chops from CostCo that were tough. I don't know if they were 6oz or more but probably thicker then needed. I had to put them in a 350 degree oven after browning them to cook them through. I only cooked them for approx 10mins but that may have made them tough. I will try again with thinner chops and may thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water.

Pork Chops are my favorite, I could eat them 7 days a week and never get tired of them. I love Pork Chops paired with apples, it seems like they were just meant to be together. haha Thank you for the recipe and for joining our group.
