Ingredients
  • 2 26 oz Jars of Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 Small cans of Mushrooms, Drained
  • 1 Lb of Ground Beef
  • 1 Lb of Sausage, Mild or Hot
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Romano Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Provolone Cheese (sub. 2 16 oz packages of Kraft Italian Shredded Cheese Mix)
  • 1/2 Box of Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 Large Egg, Beaten
  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Tarragon
  • 1 Tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning (sub. Italian if Cavendre's not avabile)
  • Foil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large skillet brown beef, sausage, onion, mushrooms and garlic; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, mix cheeses, herbs, and egg.
  4. Bring noodles to a boil for 12 minutes, drain.
  5. Add sauces to beef and sausage mixture, heat on medium high until noodles are done.
  6. In a large casserole dish begin with layer of sauce mix, add layer of noodles, add layer of cheese mix; continuing utill dish is full.
  7. Wrap dish in foil, I always wrap the entire dish to prevent spillage in the oven.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, before serving.
