Ingredients

How to make it

  • put all ingredients in a saucepan
  • cook for 20-30 mins stirring at regular intervals until a thin layer covers the spoon
  • remove from heat and cool
  • store in a clean dry glass bottle in fridge
  • enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    This Homemade Blatjang sauce would be great for dipping egg rolls or spring rolls too.
    I love the sweet and sour with the heat from the chilies.

    As soon as I can grill outside without becoming frostbitten, I do a batch of chicken wings every week or so.
    I'm going to put this great sounding sauce on the first batch. Thanks.
