- 500ml(2 cups) brown vinegar shopping list
- 125ml(1/2cup)smooth apricot jam shopping list
- 125ml(1/2cup)sugar shopping list
- 5ml(1 tsp)garlic paste shopping list
- 5ml(1 tsp) crushed chillies shopping list
How to make it
- put all ingredients in a saucepan
- cook for 20-30 mins stirring at regular intervals until a thin layer covers the spoon
- remove from heat and cool
- store in a clean dry glass bottle in fridge

This Homemade Blatjang sauce would be great for dipping egg rolls or spring rolls too.
I love the sweet and sour with the heat from the chilies.
