Best Carrot Cake

- 2c.flour shopping list
- 2 tsp.baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tsp.salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 c. oil shopping list
- 2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3 c.grated carrots shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients; add oil and blend. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Add carrots and nuts and blend well. Put batter into a greased and floured 13x9 rectangle cake pan (or 2 9" round pans) for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost with
- cream cheese frosting. 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 lb.box of powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Mix together untill smooth and spread on cooled cake.I usually sprinkle with extra chopped walnuts for garnish.

Sounds great "Jeffsgirl". I like the frosting you put on top. I usually make it without a frosting but will try it when I do it again.
