Noodle Soup

- 2 roasted red bell peppers(instructions follow) shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 1/2 package B-B-Q style tofu cut into 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- a handful greens of your choice( baby spinach, rocket, kale Etc.) shopping list
- 1/4 pound linguine broken into thirds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast shopping list
- 2 table spoon Chef's Magic natural vegetarian seasoning (from Asian market) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place the onion, carrot, into a pot with a quart of water bring to a boil.
- Coat the two whole bell peppers with some olive oil place onto a baking sheet sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 40 minutes turning once around the 20 minute mark.
- after 30 minutes has passed add the linguine
- when the peppers are charred a little remove from oven.
- Flatten the peppers and slice them up .
- add the roasted peppers to th soup pot.
- add sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
- and serve as soon as Linguine is done.
