Russian Caramels Recipe

these caramel treats are soooo easy to prepare with ingredients that we all have in our kitchen cupboards
enjoy making them but more, enjoy eating them : )

Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 397g tin condensed milk
- 30 ml golden syrup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- line a square baking tray with foil
- combine all ingredients in a pot
- stir over heat without boiling until butter melts and sugar dissolves
- bring mixture to boil
- whisk until thick and dark caramel in color
- pour in foiled pan
- mark into squares with greased knife
- cool
- refridgerate until set
- break off squares
- enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

I am always and forever buying condensed milk or the caramel version, but before I can use it my son got stuck in it. I will have to hide a tin to make this as I am getting young people (children) over on Saturday.
