Onion Soup Mix Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup instant minced onion

4 tsp onion powder

1/3 cup beef-flavored bouillon powder

1/4 tsp celery seed, crushed

1/4 tsp sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients, and store in an airtight container.

To make soup:

Add 2 tablespoons mix to 1 cup boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. This makes a stronger soup than the store-bought mix, so you might want to use less.
