Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Recipe

Chicken,garlic and cheese,what a way to go

Ingredients
- 3# of chicken pieces
- 2 Tbs. italian seasoning
- 4 Tbs. butter-melted and devided
- 1 small onion-chopped
- 2 cloves garlis-chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Place chicken parts in crockpot,sprinkle with seasoning
- drizzle 2 Tbs. butter over chicken
- cook on low for 6 hours
- take remaining butter in a skillet,and saute onions and garlic
- add can of soup,cheese and broth,stir till well mixed
- add this mixture to chicken and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours more.
- serve with choise of rice,pasta or potatoes
