How to make it

  • Arrange the celery w/ garlic in a single layer on the bottom of a large skillet. Season pepper. Dot with butter. Add chicken broth and pour over the celery.
  • Cover pan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

    I'll be making this tomorrow for lunch with the enormous bunch of celery I bought. Not to mention the parsley mountain I need to use up very soon!
