I am wondering if the measurements for the spices could be made clearer...The list shows 3 tbs of pepper, garlic powder and onion powder...I was not sure of that was 3 tbs of EACH spice or a TOTAL of 3 tbs of ALL spices...I opted for 1 1/2 tbs of EACH spice which turned out pretty spicey - especially could taste the pepper...Next time I will try this with 1 tbs of EACH spice...I did add some garlic to this recipe as well...Other than the confusion over the spices, this recipe is easy to make!!

Is the rice cooked before browned? Or do I brown uncooked rice? Thanks!
