Thats when I started making it! LOL

Wonderful dish. Definately a 5 in my book!

Can't get much easier than that...sounds like a good recipe for a quick worknight meal, too. Thanks!

This looks great. I've saved it. Thank you.

Fast, simple and tasty, what more could you ask for? Thanks for the post........

These are great..

I made this last night. I wanted some potatoes, too, so I cooked the chicken and the sliced potatoes in the same pan at 375 for 40 minutes. It was delicious. The brown sugar melted over to the potatoes and I got a nice caramelization on the potatoes, too! Delicious. Thank you!

Yum! Can't wait to try this! Good post!

Yummy! This does sound easy and real good! Hope you are doing good today! Jett

Easy, sweet and garlicky, how can it get any better. Thanks for the recipe!

Cmon68, I made this for our supper tonight - your title is right on the money...easy, almost no prep time, and tastes gourmet! I used my cast iron casserole so it would get super hot (I was going for the caramelization!), and it came out of the oven in 15 minutes sizzling hot, caramelized to perfection, and the garlic became sweet and crunchy bits of heaven - I poured a bit of the sauce from the pan over the chicken so we could savor every morsel. This is DEVINE!! Make this one, folks - you won't regret it. The garlic does NOT overpower at all (I used 4 very large cloves) and the caramelized sauce is just heavenly! Thanks for a keeper, Cmon!
PS - perfect for a truly quick weeknight meal, but I will serve this to company, too...
