These are supreme alright. One of the best burgers I've ever had that wasn't on a grill.

Yum :) I enjoy home-made hamburgers (is there any other kind??) and this recipe, with the ham, thyme, shallots & apricot brandy sounds like it's so jam-packed with flavours that you don't need much in the way of condiments! GREAT post, Lillyan; it's got me drooling :)
