Supreme Brandy Burgers

- 2 shallots (or scallions) finely chopped shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 pound ground lean chuck shopping list
- 1/4 pounds boiled ham, ground shopping list
- 4 tablespoons ice water shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- Pinck of thyme shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup beef consomme' shopping list
- 1/4 cup Hiram Walker apricot Flavored brandy shopping list
- 2 more tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the shallots. Drain.
- In a bowl add shallots and the next 7 ingredients.
- Wet hands and shape into patties; refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Dust patties with flour; saute' until in oil until cooked and keep warm in oven.
- Add consomme', Apricot Brandy, and cook 5 minutes. Add butter and pour over patties. Sprinkle with parsley
