Honey French Chicken Recipe

	Zena824 / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago I have not made this recipe....It was in one of the cookbooks I bought during my stay in North Carolina... Mountain Elegance...According to the cookbook, it won 2nd place in a chicken cooking contest....This is a company's coming recipe for sure.. Prep:10m Cook:40m Servings:6	Zena824

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts

1 teaspoon flavor enhancer (im not sure what this is)

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 envelope onion soup mix (1 3/8 ounce size)

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with flavor enhancer.

In a jar, place oil, honey, vinegar, chili sauce, Worcesterchire sauce, soup mix and salt; shake well.

Place chicken in single layer in large shallow baking dish.

Place sauce over chicken.

Baste, uncovered, in 350 degree oven about 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Sauce can be made a week ahead; keep in refrigerator and pour over chicken when ready to cook the chicken.
