How to make it

  • Peel potatoes; slicing into french fries.
  • Meanwhile; in a small saucepan; melt margarine. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, chili powder and garlic salt.
  • Pour sauce over potatoes and stir until coated. Place fries on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for approximately 45 minutes.

    Just rated a high five after making them tonight - these are really good and great people! - a real treat! easy, tasty and different from your usual oven fries - a definite will do again recipe! I also added a cut up small onion to the mix and a little rosemary. My man went for seconds all around...
