How to make it

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into 1/2 thick patty
  • Heat a large, non-stick skillet until hot. Add patties; cook until done, turning once
  • Remove from from skillet; set aside
  • Increase heat to medium high
  • Add muchrooms and oniions to skillet; saute 10 minutes or until very tender
  • Combine gravy and water, whisk together well. Add gravy mixture to skillet and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Return patties to skillet; cook 2 mintues or until heated through
  • Serving is 1 patty and 2/3 C gravy
  • 6 points
  • Diabetic exchanges; 1 starch, 1 veg. 3 L meat
  • 268 calories

    Where were you when I was making my friend a WW cookbook for christmas?? Looks like a great recipe. I may have to try this myself. How many extra points would it be if I added the gravy mix to beef broth instead of water?
