How to make it

  • In a pot of boiling water,cook noodles till transparent,3-5 mins.. Drain and shock under cold running water
  • In a small bowl,stir together soy sauce,sesame oil and honey. Divide sauce into 2. Toss the beef with half the sauce and marinate 20 mins.
  • In a large nonstick pan,heat 1 Tbs. oil and stir fry the garlic till fragrant,about 1 min. Add the carrot and shitakes and stir fry till wilted about 2 mins. Add the spinach and continue to stir fry 1 min. Transfer all to a plate. Heat another Tbs. of oil and stir fry the beef until cooked thru,about 2 mins. Transfer to the same plate as vegetables.

    I never had cellophane noodles before. I don't know where you would get them at. Everything else in the recipe I like. So I would like to try it once I find out where to get the noodles.
