This is a great breakfast treat! My family loves this recipe. It comes from a great cookbook of mine, called Celebrations cookbook.

I posted a comment on here but it didn't show up...so here I go again! I made this today for breakfast and it was very good! I made it as written except I added more cinnamon because I love cinnamon! The ingredient amounts are perfect...just enough for 6 sandwiches! If you love french toast and apple pie, then you'll love this recipe! 5 Forks! I added my photo:)
