You do this one the way you make potato salad. One of my favorites! But I love English peas! My family makes this on thanksgiving far back as I can remember and I am old!

- 2 boiled eggs,chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- salt and pepper, to taste

Ingredients

2 cans English peas,drained shopping list
1 onion, chopped shopping list
2 boiled eggs,chopped shopping list
1/4 cup sweet pickles shopping list
1 tablespoons mustard shopping list
2 tablespoons mayo shopping list
salt and pepper, to taste shopping list

How to make it

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
chill until you are ready to eat.
you can tell how much mayo you need, (more or less, mayo)

I love this idea! I really enjoy the taste of potato salad but I dont really like the potatoes... LOL. (i know... weird...) Egg salad has always been my alternative. But this sounds fantastic. A great way to use peas too. Mmm... i'll be making this for lunch today, i think. I'll let you know how i like it. :)
