Grilled Mushrooms Recipe

- 6 portabela mushrooms sliced
- 1/4cup of light olive oil
- 1tsp of Emeril's Original Essence or your farorite Steak Seasoning
Directions
- Mix olive oil and Steak seasoning together
- use a basting brush to coat mushrooms
- Grill on med-high for 5-6 mins per side(I have a grill basket which really helps to flip these over)
- Keep mushrooms moist with extra mixture of olive oil and seasoning
- serve hot

Yep! That's the way to do them up. In the last few minutes, I use a little garlic infused butter to baste the 'shrooms and a bit of salt just before serving. Thanks for posting,
