This recipe looking very interesting. Is it a crepe? Is it a pancake? Is it a pancake? Is it crepe? Perhaps something in between. I am definitely going to have to try this one. Thank you very much for sharing this tiny bit of your family heritage with all of us.

This was delicious. For mine I added cool whip to the center of each roll up and put my strawberry sauce ontop. :) I added the picture for it also.

Inspiring photo. By making the pancakes as thin as is possible, you can congratulate yourself on serving Crepes!

Awesome shot of the roll-ups. They look really neat and I like the variations very much. I can see this as a fun new way to have our flapjacks. Thanks for the post.

It's nice to make memories for our children. I have always made the birthday dinner of thier choice. I never though about lunch and dinner! Now with addition of grandchildren I'm kept pretty busy. No one ever asks to go out, they want an everything from scratch, cook till you drop kinda meal!

Hey these sound so good. I have started the tradition of birthday breakfast, lunch and dinner with my kids. They love it! I usually make somekind of hearty breakfast(homemade waffles or chocolate chip pancakes with whip cream), lite lunch and we go out to dinner..birthday boy/girls choice!!

My mom would always ask us what we wanted for our birthday dinner too! I used to love BBQ Brisket and a Red Velvet Cake for dessert! Funny! This recipe looks great. Thanks again!
