Saw these on Feasting on Asphalt and searched the internet for the recipe...Here it is

Ingredients
- 46 oz. jar of dill pickles
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 packets cherry koolaid
Directions
- Drain juice from pickle jar
- Slice pickles in half, lengthwise
- Put pickles back in jar
- Combine remaining ingredients
- Add to pickle jar
- Let soak for at least 24 hours
