Ideal with a cup of tea at home, or to enjoy at your next picnic…Can make it in a square form or as a whole cake. The original recipe called for Apricot, but I preferred Peach.

This would be so great to take on a picnic! this one is nice and simple too, a quick style cake my favorite. And fresh peaches are the best, I see you added some spice :)

Ahmed, I was looking for a peach recipe, as my hubby got some really good ones from the market and of course I looked first in your recipe collection. I have a question, if you have fresh peaches, do you put them in boiling water for a couple of minutes first, or you can just use them ( of course peeled) as they are?
