Raspberry Vinegar And Rosemary Chicken

- 4 skinless,boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 large sweet onion,thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 Tbs.oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs. raspberry vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary,minced or 1/2 tsp.dried shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour and salt and pepper,to taste-dresge chicken and set aside
- heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat
- add onion and cook till tranluicent about 5 minutes add garlic and stir well for about 1 minute
- remove onions and garlic
- saute chicken in skillet,adding more oil if needed,and brown chicken on both sides,about 5 minutes
- add onions,garlic,rosemary,vinegar and broth, cook untill chicken is done
- taste and adjust seasoning
