How to make it

  • Mix flour and salt and pepper,to taste-dresge chicken and set aside
  • heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat
  • add onion and cook till tranluicent about 5 minutes add garlic and stir well for about 1 minute
  • remove onions and garlic
  • saute chicken in skillet,adding more oil if needed,and brown chicken on both sides,about 5 minutes
  • add onions,garlic,rosemary,vinegar and broth, cook untill chicken is done
  • taste and adjust seasoning

    OMG...this sounds fantastic. I will have to try it! Some many good recipes, so little time. :(
    I have a new bread recipe that I am trying out. Quite simple to do but takes some trial and error. It's a thick, chewy bread, not the light stuff we are normally used to. If you are interested, let me know and I will email you the basic instructions for you to try. I'm in love with this bread...and the book it came from!
