Raspberry Vinegar And Rosemary Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless,boneless chicken breasts
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 large sweet onion,thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs.oil
  • 2 Tbs. raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary,minced or 1/2 tsp.dried
  • 1 clove garlic,thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Mix flour and salt and pepper,to taste-dresge chicken and set aside
  2. heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat
  3. add onion and cook till tranluicent about 5 minutes add garlic and stir well for about 1 minute
  4. remove onions and garlic
  5. saute chicken in skillet,adding more oil if needed,and brown chicken on both sides,about 5 minutes
  6. add onions,garlic,rosemary,vinegar and broth, cook untill chicken is done
  7. taste and adjust seasoning

OMG...this sounds fantastic. I will have to try it! Some many good recipes, so little time. :(
