Cinnamon Roll Cream Cheese French Toast Recipe

A warm creamy twist on regular french toast !

- 8 frosted cinnamon rolls, with or without raisins
- 1 small package cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- With rolling pen press each cinnamon roll out flat
- On 4 of the rolls spread 1 Tbsp (softened) cream cheese
- Top with matching roll to make a 'sandwich'
- Dip each one in beaten eggs
- In skillet fry each one in small amount of hot oil
- When golden brown on each side, remove to plate
- Serve with syrup of your choice
