How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 220 C / 425 F. Line baking sheet with baking parchment. Put the egg white in a large clean bowl and whisk till stiff.
  • Add the caster sugar, a spoonful at a time and whisk till smooth and glossy. Use an
  • electric mixer.
  • Fold in the Hazelnuts, chocolate chips, cherries and coconut. Place spoonfuls on the baking sheet .place in the oven, close the door then turn off the oven .Leave overnight and don’t open the door. Serve for BREAKFAST.

    yum and these are Gluten Free... I added the recipe to the 101 Gluten Free group I hope you don't mind.. If you do I will remove it.. thank you for a wonderful recipe.

    I should make these tomorrow night! Macaroon cookies are the best. I love your addition of almonds or hazelnuts and cherries. I haven't tried that before. This sounds like another great recipe from you! Thank you for posting it! (Ahmed, do we use almonds or hazelnuts?)(Or both?)
