Shirleyoma / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago
Don't really know how much truth there is in this, but my Doctor says, she heard of it for years and won't say that it is false, she says no harm in it whatsoever!
I love it, I'm Diabetic and it does not affect my sugar.

Thanks Shirley. Don't know if all that's true or not but on the other hand most people have no idea of the side effects of the drugs we pop like M&M's.

Very good...I'm glad you've posted this...I've been an avid Cinnamon and honey eater for years...on Toast, on white rice, in tea...I love it...and I'm fairly health....Maybe that's why huh??

Capsicum in cayenne ( red pepper for example) is also great for pain and arthritis. Cinnamon is great for plumbing up lips, just mix with a bit of your chapstick using a Q-tip and rub on your lips. There are many foods that heal. I've seen first hand how a diet can stop symptoms-alleviate them. Here is a excellent reference site.

Also your Dr may be talking about Raw Honey- I'm not sure.

Hi Shirley, I sent my sister who is 55 and has severe arthritis this information and I wanted to share her reply with you. She seems to think if she did this and felt like a twenty year old, she might try giving up all food and eating only honey and cinnamon so she could look like one too!HA! Thanks for the info, my husband has eaten raw local honey most every day for many years. It has done wonders for him!

Cinnamon and raw honey being the only way I can keep any food down during the first 12 weeks or so of pregnancy - my midwife says the cinnamon regulates blood sugar and honey is just plain amazing! I keep a shaker of high quality cinnamon on the table and use it right along with salt and pepper.
