Pig Burger Recipe

	Sparow64 / All my dishes 4 months, 2 weeks ago Pig Burgers as served at The Townsend Market in Townsend, TN. A little market with a grill, in a tiny town in the foothills of the Smoky Mtns. Serve with slaw and fries. Prep:10m Cook:10m Servings:4	Sparow64

Ingredients

1.5 lb hamburger

.5 lb sausage

hot sauce

1 small onion, chopped

sage

season salt

pepper

1 med onion, sliced

1 T butter

Barbeque Sauce

Directions

Thoroughly mix together first 7 ingredients and form into 1/2 lb patties.

Grill until golden brown.

Saute sliced onions in butter

Serve with sauteed onions and generous amount of your favorite BBQ sauce on bun.

I just love Townsend. They have a little park there that is made especially for people in wheelchairs,it is called The Special People's Park. WE always stop there to have a picnic when we go to the Smokies.
