Hawaiian Wedding Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- TOPPING.... shopping list
- 1 box jello instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 ( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- TOPPING 2 shopping list
- 1 can ( approx 16 + ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained shopping list
- pecans or walnuts or nuts of your choice... chopped shopping list
- coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Make cake mix according to directions on the box
- bake in a greased 15 x 10'' x1 inch baking pan at 350"F for 25 minutes
- TOPPING
- mix together using an electric mixer instant pudding, milk and the cream cheese.. beat until well blended
- spread over the cake
- next spread the drained pineapple
- sprinkle the nuts and the coconut over the top of the cream cheese and pineapple layers

- coconut can be toasted or tinted for different holidays..
- then she has an additional note that says: very good
