County Fair Chicken Recipe

Another Kraft Recipe from the 1976 Fall Series.....This is very easy to do....Even tho the recipe calls for a whole chicken... you can use your favorite part of the chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (I used real)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (i used Mrs Dash)
- Dash of pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound fryer, cut up
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup butter or parkay margarine...your choice
Directions
- Combine cheese, flour, and seasonings.
- Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture.
- Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 in baking dish.
- Pour butter or margarine over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
