County Fair Chicken Recipe
Another Kraft Recipe from the 1976 Fall Series.....This is very easy to do....Even tho the recipe calls for a whole chicken... you can use your favorite part of the chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (I used real)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (i used Mrs Dash)
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 pound fryer, cut up
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or parkay margarine...your choice

Directions
  1. Combine cheese, flour, and seasonings.
  2. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture.
  3. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 in baking dish.
  4. Pour butter or margarine over chicken.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
