"Condensed Cream of Anything" Soup Mix is a real time saver in a busy kitchen and is also versatile
regarding flavor or type of sauce. I mix it by the quart. A third of a cup makes 1 cup of soup.

Thank-you so much . This is great to have. I like many of the recipes using the cream soups but hate all the garbage that goes along with them, high sodium, preservatives etc.

Thank you, oldgringo. Canned condensed cream soups are not allowed on a gluten-free diet and THIS recipe is a perfect substitute! Using your recipe, all those useless recipes using canned creamed soups can be adapted and enjoyed again. I'm posting this on the celiac site. Thanks again!
