Shimp Rolls

- 1 1/2 lb of big size shimp peeled and devined...tail in for garnish shopping list
- oil for deep fry shopping list
- 1 package of eggroll wrapper thawed ( they usually come in 25) shopping list
- 1 egg beated shopping list
- 2 cup of Thai chili sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix shimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Beated on egg in a bowl and set aside.
- Place a eggroll wrapper on a flat surface. Fold one corner about half way in. Place shimp tail out from folded corner. Roll up tightly to the end. Brush egg onto the end of wrapper to seal and it ready to fry....cook until golden brown.
- When done arrange on serving plate with a side of Thai Chili Sauce
