I make my gravy from what's leftover in the pan from the fried burgers then I toss the burgers back in the gravy while I drop a load of fries in some hot grease (can't see baking them - love to clog them arteries). If I'm feelin a little like a high class Hillbilly, I'll toss some onions and a can of mushrooms in the gravy too. Mmm Mmm Mmm

My grandad was a Tenn. hillbilly, he came down from the mountain when he was 19 years old, saw his first train, lol. He always liked to do recipes like this but he would make white gravy in the hamburger grease to put over them.I loved it! Thanks for the happy memory!
