Limoncello Mint Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Lemonade Concentrate

1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves

1 Tbls. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Limoncello

1/2 Cup Club Soda

Ice Cubes

Mint Sprigs and Lemon Slices for Garnish

Directions

Muddle and divide among 4 Glasses, the Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Lemonade concentrate.

Top each glass with Ice cubes, Limoncello, and club soda. Stir well.

Garnish each glass with a Mint Sprig and 1 Lemon slice.

Enjoy!

YES, I AM tired of this winter! I don't have any homemade limoncello, but I have a bottle in the pantry and all but the mint leaves...I think that during next week's anticipated snow storm, THIS is the drink I will sit and sip on while the winds howl and the snow flies...it will be SUMMER inside my house!
