Limoncello Mint Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Muddle and divide among 4 Glasses, the Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Lemonade concentrate.
  • Top each glass with Ice cubes, Limoncello, and club soda. Stir well.
  • Garnish each glass with a Mint Sprig and 1 Lemon slice.
  • Enjoy!

    YES, I AM tired of this winter! I don't have any homemade limoncello, but I have a bottle in the pantry and all but the mint leaves...I think that during next week's anticipated snow storm, THIS is the drink I will sit and sip on while the winds howl and the snow flies...it will be SUMMER inside my house! I thank you for that.

    WOW, after I have this baby, I will be indulging in this. My hubs and I are trying to figure out what will be my first drink after breastfeeding. I think this might be it. Thanks. :)

    I would love to add my step-by-step photos of this one! Typically, when I have homemade Limoncello I always end up taking two steps backwards! Perhaps I should not partake until the recipe is complete! It is 92 degrees here in Tennessee today and I think my lawn guy is due this afternoon. Perhaps I'll make a pitcher and invite my girlfriends over for the show! heh heh...
