Ingredients

1/2 cup lemonade concentrate shopping list
1/4 Cup fresh mint leaves shopping list
1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice shopping list
1/2 Cup limoncello shopping list
1/2 Cup club soda shopping list
ice cubes shopping list
mint sprigs and lemon slices for Garnish shopping list

How to make it

Muddle and divide among 4 Glasses, the Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice, and Lemonade concentrate.
Top each glass with Ice cubes, Limoncello, and club soda. Stir well.
Garnish each glass with a Mint Sprig and 1 Lemon slice.
Enjoy!

YES, I AM tired of this winter! I don't have any homemade limoncello, but I have a bottle in the pantry and all but the mint leaves...I think that during next week's anticipated snow storm, THIS is the drink I will sit and sip on while the winds howl and the snow flies...it will be SUMMER inside my house! I thank you for that.

WOW, after I have this baby, I will be indulging in this. My hubs and I are trying to figure out what will be my first drink after breastfeeding. I think this might be it. Thanks. :)

I would love to add my step-by-step photos of this one! Typically, when I have homemade Limoncello I always end up taking two steps backwards! Perhaps I should not partake until the recipe is complete! It is 92 degrees here in Tennessee today and I think my lawn guy is due this afternoon. Perhaps I'll make a pitcher and invite my girlfriends over for the show! heh heh...

Ooooo this sounds SO refreshing! Sounds like just the thing for sittin' on the deck with the neighbors catching up and listening to the birds. Ahhhhhhhhh. I can even hear the clink of the ice cubes. Thanks!
