Sounds tasty Jett I never made a fruit Lasagna before
Could you use home made Lasagna noodles flavored with cinnamon and sugar instead of the bread?

My dad is a retired pastry chef/baker. I'm going to have him come over to help me bake the bread fresh. I love ur idea of the cinnamon swirl bread, so that is what we will do! OMG! Awesome recipe... my dad will be very impressed! ^5, Jett!

PS.. I am a devoted fan of Lydia's. My dad's family is from Sicily, Italy. My dad and Nonna started teaching me how to cook Italian meals and deserts when I was a young girl. Glad to see another fan! Just had to share that with ya. =)
