Nutty Nutellas

What can I say...Nutella cookies.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 jar nutella shopping list
- 1/4 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups hazelnuts, finely chopped and divided shopping list
- Sifted powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Add Nutella and shortening to mixing bowl
- Beat until smooth
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy
- Add vanilla and eggs: mix until combined.
- Add flour and milk to mixture, alternating and mix until combined.
- Stir in 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Chill until firm
- Shapee dough to 1-1 1/2-inch balls
- Roll balls into finely chopped hazelnuts
- Roll in powdered sugar
- Bake on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
- Cool
