Pineapple Coffeecake Recipe

This is so good, and very moist, hope you enjoy.

- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 C. crushed pineapple slightly drained
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and pineapple. Pour batter into a greased and floured 7 x 11 pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake for 30 minutes.
