Peach Cobbler

- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of self rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional) shopping list
- 1 large can of peaches 29oz (1 lb. 13 oz.) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.
- Add the flour sugar mixture to the butter in pan.
- Then add 1 can of peaches with juice (do not stir).
- Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- This is really good with vanilla ice cream on it but good without.
- This is good made with different kinds of fruit.

- Note: you will have a better crust if you use the self rising flour plus the 1/ 2 teaspoon baking powder.

This recipe, i have in the oven right now. i just had to make it and i plan to make it over and over again this week! i have three bushels of peaches i brought back from Atlanta and a mess a people coming round.
