Fajita Marinade Recipe

This is a great way to marinate your flanksteak for fajitas!

- 1/3 Cup lime juice
- 1/4 Cup Tequila
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 large garlic cloves ,smashed
- 1 TBS fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Place all in ziplock gallon bag and shake. Add Flanksteak (or prefered meat) to bag and squeeze as much air as possible out of bag. place in fridge 4 hours or overnight.
